NN MENTORING — nurturingneurodivergence.com

NN will match you with a Mentee who is neurodivergent. As an NN Mentor, you are expected to offer a one hour zoom or call a month, with contact in-between as and when appropriate.
Mentors are not required to support with HR, or other employment issues but to offer guidance and insights to the mentee in order to help them to achieve their goals.
NN will equip you with some training, and provide suggested coaching questions.

As a NN Mentee, you are required to drive the mentoring process. We will send you a guide of what to expect; and it will be approximately one zoom call per month for around four months initially. NN will check in with you to see how it’s going.
NN Mentee’s are generally aspiring lawyers, trainees, or junior lawyers looking for mentorship from more experienced neurodivergent individuals in law.
