To begin, simply share your details with us through our website. We will ask for basic information such as your name, your experience with neurodivergence or your neurotype, your law firm, your job title, and whether you are signing up asa mentor or mentee.

Once registered, we will carefully match you with a mentor or mentee based on your neurotype and preferences. We aim to create meaningful connections that foster understanding, support, and growth.

Ahead of your mentoring sessions, we will provide you with resources to help you prepare. This includes a video and an FAQ page outlining potential discussion topic and what to expect. We want to ensure you feel confident and ready for your mentoring journey.

This session, you will have the opportunity to get to know each other and set the tone for your mentoring relationship. Together, you will agree on the frequency and timing of your sessions, typically recommended as monthly calls.

As you progress through your mentoring journey, we will be here to offer ongoing support and guidance. We will check in with you periodically to ensure everything is going smoothly and to address any questions or concerns you may have.

After your fourth and final session, we will invite you to provide feedback through a simple feedback form. Your input is invaluable in helping us continually improve and refine our mentoring program to better serve our neurodivergent community.

While our relationship with you is sacred, and our conversations are confidential, your data can provide valuable insights to law firms about the need for connection and mentoring among neurodivergent individuals in the legal field.

We are committed to changing the landscape of law by leveraging this data to advocate for more support and inclusivity, but rest assured that all data will be anonymised to protect confidentiality while striving for this positive change.

At the end of your mentoring relationship, you have the option to continue your connection offline or be matched with someone else within the Nurturing Neurodivergence community. Regardless of your choice ,we are here to support you every step of the way.
